Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve any disputes or complaints that you may have in regard to our products or service. If you wish to raise any issue with us, then please e-mail us using the info@playjackpot.net email address. We will attempt to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours. If you are an existing PlayJackpot account holder please include your username in all correspondence. If you have a dispute in relation to PlayJackpot and you believe that we have not satisfactorily resolved it, you can raise any unresolved dispute with the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority by sending an email to: complaints@lga.org.mt.
